I just recently watched the Louise Hayes movie. I memorized one of her affirmations and was constantly repeating it over and over. “I am one with the power that created me, this power has given me the power to create my own circumstances. I am loving and lovable and I find love everywhere. All is well in my world.” I even forgot it by the end of the 1st day, but by the next morning I was dreaming about that affirmation and remembered it. Long story short I found myself in a situation where I was crying to friend and saying how scared I was. And I could hear myself using the word sacred and somehow a peace came over me. And I faced what was sacring me calmly. I did not freak out the way I normally would. I changed my thoughts and I believed that I would be ok.
“All is well in my world.” Not sure if I made my message clear, but something happend in my world that helped me to realize that all that I am doing on this journey is not in vain.

Hello Susan,
Thanks for the video – beautiful delivery of a profound teaching.
The message is the simplest but perhaps one of the most potent & of course can be the most difficult to do!
Ta very much
Hi Susan,
I love your beautitul videos. I can imagine being there listening to a hawain and oldies radio show on the islands, like it was my home, very beautiful.
It’s nicer to focus on what i want more of not what i want less of, so all this beauty and nice stuff makes me think of nice things.
Thank you Susan.

Susan, the video was great! I remember hearing the phrase FEAR equals false evidence appearing real on a tape I was using to help overcome phobias, in my case fear of driving on freeways. It’s great to use the same phrase for all fears which seem to crop up for me a lot, which I take it to signify my need to turn things around and look for the love and the positivity, not the fear and the negativity in situations, people, places, etc. Thanks for the reminders which I seem to need daily, if not more frequently. Love, not fear! MEera
Thanks Christine, Meredith, Sean and Meera.
It always amazes me how life has a way of reminding us we always have a choice, love or fear. The next event in my life depends on that choice.
The world is so full of beauty and we can focus on that or not. I am always amazed when I am walking on the streets of a busy city and I look down and see a small flower or blade of grass growing in a small crack in the sidewalk.
Recently I went back and visited the place my grandmother lived in Queens. As a child she made me water this tree they planted in front of her apartment. I hated watering that tree but I did. Almost 50 years later that tree is large and healthy and the only one still alive on that block. All of our choices have ripples.
With love and aloha,
Susan
