Thank you, Susan. This has always been a big problem for me because my mind overworks and gets me into an overwhelmed state, then I don’t do anything. I think it’s one of the most powerful ways I sabotage myself – besides blocking me it also makes me feel rather incompetent and defeated. So making a list of just three things is a great help. Staying in the moment, that’s a little harder, but getting better! It’s so odd that a part of me doesn’t want all the goodness and keeps sabotaging it. I wonder what it’s so scared of? Thank you again for all you do! Mahalo nui!

This video was inspirationg for me — the beautiful pelican and moon (I’am a Cancer, so I love the water and miss it a lot!), the surf, the winding road through a very green forested area were very calming. I keep forgeting that Master List and your comments on making one, breaking the items down in terms of how they might be accomplished over time, etc. was great. Something I always forget to do! And I will watch and listen to this for the next week or so, or perhaps longer, to get on track! Thanks so much! These videos remind me to take/make/schedule daily time for myself; something I haven’t been very good at lately. Time to get back on a beautiful and inspiring schedule! Meera

Susan, I went deeply into the meditation and loved the image of my discards on the cutting room floor and the peace of the replacing accomplishments. Also the good feeling of “doing things on my list”. This is a poweful tool I think – if I choose to continue using it.
Your site is a special gift, thanks!

Pamela a friend and I were discussing that fear the resistance/fear other day. The irony is we are a limitless being of pure unconditional love and we are here to simply remember, so whats to fear? I actually think the contrast between what we experience and who and what we really are, our fear, pushes us in an odd way to remember. At one point in my process I began moving toward pleasure rather than away from pain and that choice made such a difference!

Meera I love that shot of the pelican and the moon as well. It was taken by a wonderful man named Rys Jones.

Dona thanks for embracing the images in the meditation and for letting me know you enjoy my site.

Off to make my list of three things…..

    With love and aloha,
    Susan

    Susan,
You never disappoint. This video exceeded my expectations. It comes at a time when I feel so overwhelmed and anxious over all there is to do, which then leads to feelings of frustration when I procrastinate. I’m so grateful for this gift.
    Namaste,
    Dave

I love that, Susan, thank you! I suppose it’s just ego fearing its demise and once again I am reminded that I’m identifying with the limited part of me and not the REAL me. Choosing to avoid pain is an ego strategy and moving toward pleasure is, of course, what my Real Self would do, so what a beautiful simple technique!!! Totally awesome this waking up and remembering! What a trip!
