Thank you for your insights into the doing and being partnership. I have found doing without being to be very superficial compared with doing and being within the doing. One is like auto pilot, going through the motions but being somewhere else. The other is like flying without a plane, you are right there and emersed in the doing, the experience, the project or the teaching, Your spirit goes directly into the project and the affect for the one engaged in the activity as well as the recipients is no less than spirit manifested.

  2. This video is really great, it has good affirmations and really constructive ideas in a practical sense of how to get things done, which serves as a good reminder, even if we ‘know’ all of the information…. I particularly like the example of the coffee shop and following intuition, having plans, but allowing things in. Thank you Susan.

    Susan,

Great video! I needed the reminder of just being and setting my intent. Thank you for sharing!

  4. Susan says:

Thanks for commenting Deb, Magdalena and Rae Ann.

Just remember taking action, in alignment with our inner knowing (our spirit), while being in the moment is the key to lasting happiness and success!

Keep those comments coming …. and Mahalo.

    With love and aloha,
    Susan

    Hello Susuan,
I think this is a great question/conundrum. I like the multi-layered answer. I know that sometimes I drive my friends mad as I seem to do nothing “sensible” or in the “right way” but get loads accomplished. I have found it hard to explain the process – your video does it brilliantly! I’ll get my friensd to watch it next time they get that exasperated look!
    Thanks
    Meredith

Very interesting video, Susan. I really gained understanding from it.

Not as a criticism, but merely a suggestion, I found the music just a little competitive. I am always conscious of music used for whatever reason. Occasionally I found myself listening to it, instead of to you!

    Thanks for listening! Love, Andal
